The Easy Knot

This is not a formal ceremony; it is a signing of your marriage license only.  This services is available during off peak hours at The Office Coffee Shop in Royal Oak, MI after 5 p.m. during the week and Saturday & Sundays. This service includes the filing of your license.  

 $100 

 This ceremony is your basic wedding vows.  A telephone interview is typical to learn about you and your expectations in your ceremony. A ceremony assembled by the officiant based on your ideas and thoughts. The ceremony emailed to you for approval and changes. A copy of your keepsake marriage certificate and copy of your ceremony. This service includes the filing of your license. The length of this ceremony is typically 10-15 minutes.  

 $399 

 A sit down meeting lasting 1-2 hour(s). I ask you a few questions about how you met, your engagement story & what you love about each other, your style and character & then we create a ceremony that shares your love story. The ceremony will include readings, poems, stories and an unity ceremony. Unlimited communications. Your  keepsake marriage licenses and your ceremony. I will file your license. The length of ceremony is 15-25 minutes.  Are your customers raving about you on social media? Share their great stories to help turn potential customers into loyal ones.

If you are going to have a rehearsal on a day other than your wedding day than I would encourage you to hire a rehearsal coordinator.  Ensuring that you have a great time and relax while all the work is done for you! I anticipate 1 hour for the rehearsal and scheduling of rehearsals are ​Monday - Thursday.

No travel fees will apply if your location is within 25 miles of Madison Heights, MI. A travel fee will be added outside of the 25 mile radius.  

If your wedding is being held at any location, such as a hotel, state or county parks, where there is a fee for parking, kindly make arrangements for payment for parking/valet ahead of time. 

My goal is for you to enjoy your day. Starting about a month before your wedding. You have worked really hard to make this day one to remember and I will make sure your dream wedding happens smoothly! 

While you are getting your hair done and photographs taken, I’ll be at the venue taking care of deliveries and coordinating the venue(s) … So you can enjoy a stress free day!

• Creation of full Wedding Day Timeline 

 The week before the wedding: 

• We will schedule in in person meeting 7-14 days before to finalize the details. 
• Reviewing all of contracts, vendor schedules, layouts, and timelines
• Contact of all the vendors, as well as, the venue(s) confirming timelines, logistics, coordination, and final details
  
   

The Wedding Day (Limited Package): 

Includes all of the above plus:

• Day of contact for all vendors and emergency contacts
• Setup of décor, favors, guest book, tables, etc.
• Complete site review prior to guest arrival
• Full coordination of the day's activities
• Wedding Day Emergency kit
• 1 Lead Coordinator
• 8 Hour Package : Coordinator(s) on site for 8 continuous hours

The Wedding Day (Unlimited Package): 

Includes all of the above plus:

• Coordinator(s) on site from the start of the day, until the end of the night
• Unlimited package includes tear down & pack up all of your items
• Unlimited Site Locations

This is the package for you if you do not know where to get started for your wedding. This package includes all of the above plus:

• This package starts with 12 hours of planning to use at your discretion
• Creation of personalized budget 
• Creation of personalized planning to do list based on your timeline
• Suggestions for preferred vendors
• Venue walk through, determining the best floor plan with drawing
• Design meeting & development of visual design board
• Production of the entire wedding day timeline
• Research, recommendations and referrals of Vendors
• In person or vendor meetings (as part of planning hours)
• Creation of full Wedding Day Timeline
